A March Blessing

Gana and I awoke Tuesday morning to find 2.5 inches(6 cm) of snow outside! Ironically, it fell on the third anniversary of the record-breaking 8-inch(20 cm) snow that hit soon after I first arrived here.












As is often the case in Pohang, much of the snow melted by late afternoon. However, overnight, many of the streets and sidewalks became quite icy. Also, the cold night allowed this snowman, who greets visitors to the English building, to live and see another day.
