We were blessed to a have some post-birthday/farewell time tonight with the Smith family. Craig Smith was instrumental in my coming to Handong, and he has been my best friend here for the past four years. If you ever come to South Korea, be sure to check out one of the Galbi("Beef") Marts. We couldn't have asked for a better farewell dinner!
