Nadaam 2008

For over two years, I've wanted to experience "Nadaam" in Mongolia. It is basically a summer holiday time centered around traditional wrestling, archery, and horse riding. I only got to observe the first of those sports, but did get to experience the oft-overlooked opening ceremony. Below are some pics we took during the first day of this year's Nadaam celebration.
