12 Years

"But by the grace of God I am what I am..." - 1 Corinthians 15:10

May '96 was a special time for me, as it marked the end of my studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Recently, I've been reflecting on various things I learned during those three years and the various ministry, educational, and vocational experiences I've had ever since. As I reflect, I realize how much the lessons I learned at Southwestern Seminary have become a part of who I am today. My passion for missions, interest in church history, heart for church planting, love for preaching God's Word and so many other things were either formed or further developed while at Southwestern. I've lost contact with virtually all of my professors from those days, but will forever cherish their contributions to my life.
