Our First Anniversary
"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh." - Genesis 2:24
Can you believe it? We've now been married ONE YEAR! The Lord has been good to us since the last Dec. 20, as Gana and I have grown a great deal in our relationship with each other. Thanks so much for keeping us in prayer!
Rather than going on a vacation right now, we're taking a relatively laid-back approach to this time of the year. Gana is continuing to help with the Mongolian service, and helping disciple one who will be baptized on New Year's Eve. I've been focused on teaching a winter class, which will last through January 9.
In spite of Mr. Hooker having a cold during our anniversary week, we did have some time for celebration. Gana received a special gift, and Timothy got treated to some awesome fried seafood. We also recounted a number of memories from the past year and shared our hopes for the new one.

CONGRATULATIONS, love birds!
Wow! Time really flies! Was is REALLY a year ago that we were all at your wedding?!
I pray that God will continue to pour out His blessings upon you and use your love and marriage as a testimony to His grace, provision, mercy and faithfulness!
Thanks Andy!
