KOTESOL Conference
Every October, the KOTESOL(Korea Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) International Conference takes place. The locale is Sookmyung Womens' University, located in the center of Seoul. This year, I attended a variety of interesting conferences, ordered some books for my department and got to see a few old friends.

It was great to room with Craig and Chris Smith, fraternal twins who helped me to adjust to life here. Craig was my first office mate, and he still works at Handong Global University. Chris is currently teaching at a university in Yosu, South Korea, and this was our first time to hang out since June.

I also enjoyed catching up with and attending two sessions taught by Dr. Derron Walker, another former Handong professor. Derron now teaches at California Baptist University in Riverside, California.
