Summer Missions In Incheon

Earlier this year, I expected us to take a mission trip somewhere in Asia. First, we considered Mongolia. However, due to Gana's work obligations, we had to cancel that. Soon thereafter, China and Thailand were talked about. Eventually, it became evident that we wouldn't go outside of Korea at all this summer. I was a bit disappointed, but then something happened. God opened wonderful doors of service here! Gana got to lead Mongolian worship for a month, and Tim was able to utilize his previous training and experience through the English church we attend(This included a 75-minute session on the book of Acts(at the beginning of the month) and a sermon(preached yesterday)). There were also a plethora of other opportunities for our personal spiritual growth. Through all of this, the Lord gently reminded us both that the best place of service is sometimes just a few miles away.
