Reflections on 2008

At the end of each year, it's always good to take stock of all that's transpired during the previous 12 months. Throughout the previous year, I(Tim)

1. became a more active, intentional reader, especially regarding missionary biographies.
2. got to visit Singapore(for the first time ever)
3. explored and prayed about potential teaching opportunities in Japan, Singapore and Thailand. This process was extremely helpful for us, especially in that it made clear that God wants Gana and I in South Korea for the foreseeable future.
4. continued to grow in marriage life.
5. sensed God desires for me to remain active in the educational field for quite some time to come.
6. grew in my friendships with several colleagues, all of whom I've learned much from.
